My husband and I had the pleasure of working with J. D. Kern in the purchase of our new business. J. D. went above and beyond what was expected to make sure the transition was acceptable to all parties. He continues to assist us, weeks after the closing date, when needed. I highly recommend him for any commercial sale or purchase. J. D. is more than a broker - he becomes a friend!
