“Ice was my stylist today, and I am so glad! He listened closely to what I wanted and asked a few clarifying questions. Based on the condition of my hair, Ice quickly assessed that It needed a little tlc. He detangled, shampooed, and applied heat resistant serum. Once in the chair, we talked more about what I wanted and he cut, assessed his work, and made decisions about how to proceed with the cut, always asking/keeping in mind what my ultimate goal was. He recommended I have more than an inch trimmed off the back. He was right- I definitely needed it!
Ice is very obviously an extremely skilled professional. One thing he did that I really loved was that he asked me to run my fingers through my hair a couple of times- so he could see it pre-cut and after cutting. He asked me several times if I wanted anything else done. He is wonderful human. I enjoyed chatting with him as he worked. If I didn't live in Michigan, I would make him my regular stylist!”
