My wife scheduled a massage at this resort and my first impression of the place is awesome! But I tell you what makes this resort stand higher than the other resorts that I have been-- The people. Special mention of Ms. Jennifer, the hotel director, who welcomed me as if she knew me from past life! I am so impressed of how she treated me. She welcomed me, sat me in a very nice room, turned the tv on, and gave me good tasting coffee and macaroons! This place is 5/5! Guys, I tell you. You have to come here and experience the outstanding human treatment that all of us people so deserve.
Luxurious experience with m breathtaking scenery and views! Customer service is second to none! The staff is beyond accommodating. We feel like the only ones here and have been quite pampered! Their enrichment center is wonderful and the massage therapists were fantastic! The amenities, including the relaxation room, gym, saunasand aromatherapy showers, are luxurious!
