Kelly is a true healer. Her hands transmit light and energy and through her work trauma and anxiety that is stored in the cells is released. I am always so amazed when i get off the table -- what just happened? her ability to be present and to intuitively know what to do feels effortless from my side. i highly recommend her. she and her bodywork have changed my life as i am in a new passage and finally facing how my nervous system operates in my body unconsciously affecting my life choices.
I’ve had 4-5 sessions with Kelly so far and signed up for ongoing weekly sessions. She’s done bodywork and Somatic Experiencing and been fantastic at both. I’ve left feeling a deep nervous system reset, like I got the equivalent rest of a whole nights sleep in one session.I’ve also felt heard and supported on a deep emotional level, and she even worked on some chronic tension issues in my wrists and forearms.
