I received physical therapy at the Arden location for a wrist injury and was just so amazed by the great team in Arden. I highly recommend these great folks. John Michael, Jim, and Jaylin are true professionals and they work great together. All of them are very caring, personable, and very good in their profession. I went in with a lot of pain and limitations. After 15 treatments I was able to fully recuperate with strength in my wrist and back to my normal routine without any pain. They do amazing work and you can tell that they love what they do. Thank you!
SEPT Black Mountain is great. Reduced my pain after the first visit. Caleb is a great PT. He knows exactly the exercises for me to do. Its working. Sarah at the front desk is great too as well as Thomas whose title I don't recall, but super nice people wotk here. Very nice ambiance in the whole place.
All staff members are cordial and professional. I am working with Caleb Ford, PT, DPT, Cert DN. He has tuned the exercises very well to facilitate improvement with my lower back condition. Additionally, he is working in exercises that is improving overall flexibility and strength that will help me with the sport activities I enjoy.
