My veneer popped off, and I was devastated. The next morning, I called the office as a new patient, and the secretary was incredibly kind, getting me in just 20 minutes later. I’ve had a tough history with dental work, but I’ve never left a dentist’s office feeling so pleased. The entire team was kind, efficient, and quick. I couldn’t be more grateful!
Dr. Kleive and his team have totally changed my dentist experience. I genuinely look forward to going to the dentist now! Dr. Kleive has clearly invested lots of time and energy into building a strong positive culture at his practice, and his team is lovely from the moment you walk into the door to the moment you leave! They also make insurance billing very easy.
I went to Dr. Mark for the first time about 4 years ago with a cracked tooth. I had moved to the mountains by the Tennessee border and had gotten tired of the “last train out of Paris” feeling when trying to get an appointment with any Asheville doctor. So I found Dr. Mark Kleive on the net and decided to visit him. He worked his magic and fixed my cracked tooth. Last year I finally needed an upper denture, so Dr. Mark worked his magic again. I had anticipated the worst of experiences, both with the process and with the resulting denture. I was amazed at the simplicity of the process, simply a wave of a laser wand.
