I surely wish I had known about Joe years ago, but am thrilled to have finally found him! What a great haircut! I don't need to be swooned by being offered endless wine and champagne during the day, only to be charged 3 times the amount that Joe charges. He gets right to it, and makes my unruly hair look great and feel manageable. Very pleased with Joe!
