Our AC unit stopped working suddenly, and by the time we realized it was almost midnight. We called the 24/7 number immediately and had an appointment that very next day. Our appointment time was later in the afternoon, but they were able to come by much earlier. I believe our technician was named, Jorge, and he was amazing. He was very professional and had the unit fixed in no time (our capacitor went out). The price was reasonable - I expected it to be outrageous since it was a rushed job, but it was not. This company is hands down the best around; I 100% recommend them. They exceeded my expectations!
