Jay was an excellent project manager overseeing the build of our first home. Wonderful communication throughout the process and someone who will go to bat with the city when there are delays in the process. He also answered every late night question, comment, and thought I had about the building process. Alyssa, also a rockstar helping us with all of the items before the build could begin. JD was a little delayed in working with us to get into the process but it all worked out.
Overall the process went well, we're excited to move in. Very appreciative to the team!
We are building the Charleston American Tradition out of the Benson Office and working with Donnie Bentley. He has been absolutely amazing, he always updates us and we always feel comfortable to ask all the questions, big or small! We are about two months in and already on dry wall installation. It has been such an amazing process and would recommend to anyone I know!
