Building a house is always a stressful process but working with Schumacher made it much easier. Everyone was helpful start to finish. They have lots of house plans to meet all sort of needs and the options to customize were great! Our builder Jay was amazing; very communicative and informative throughout the building process.I would recommend Schumacher if you are thinking about building a house. Thank you!

Friendly staff, working with Austin at the moment, great guy. They will work with any budget you're comfortable with. The work around of features and takeaway helps out a lot and helps determine what is possible and what may be. They also have model homes for you to check out and that helps immensely if you're a visual person like moi. When you're shopping for a home builder that can work with most budgets go ahead check them out, or just take a gander at their model homes. Each office will have their own special take on the model home. Not a paid spokesperson, just from experiences so far.
