I’m new to town and eagerly went in to inquire about services only to be met with a rude, off putting and uninviting response. I politely asked if they had a brochure or something I could refer to, and was dryly told “we’re booked”…. It was rather odd to me they weren’t more friendly to a new potential regular, not to mention the salon was empty other than one client who nodded in agreement when the stylist brushed me off with a monotonous 2 worded reply that didn’t answer my question whatsoever, but did make it clear I wasn’t welcome nor wanted.
