Brandon Brockmeyer was amazing. We cannot say enough about his knowledge, patience, responsiveness, and outstanding work. We live 3 hours away from this location and worked with Brandon to identify and purchase this property for a rental opportunity in 2020. It was a fixer upper, and we knew that going in. He was instrumental in helping us work with contractors in the area. During the 3 years since, he continued to stay in touch through well wishes around holidays as well as birthday/Christmas cards. When the market exploded, it was a no brainer to reach out to Brandon to help us sell the property. He found us a potential buyer immediately and helped us make some additional repairs to the home before closing today 7/7/2023. He is an outstanding agent (we have bought 4 homes in the past with other agents in NC). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and the NC Home Team to a prospective buyer or seller!
