I submitted a contact form to their website overnight and got a call first thing the next morning. Josh came that same morning to address my issue and got it taken care of. Really nice people and makes you feel comfortable about all the necessary repairs. I’d highly recommend this company to anyone.

my daughter moved into new place in Charlotte and HVac didn't seem like it was cooling efficiently. Called Josh and he got us on schedule and tech came within hours. Turns out builder put undersized unit in for her size condo. Technician spoke to me on phone and explained everything that concerned us without trying to sell us something we didn't need. He gave several suggestions on how to maximize cooling efficiency with regards to all aspects of her building and location.
