last night I had to call Roto-Rooter out due to water coming out of my water hose I broke. to make a long story short I ended up having them come back out today to finish what they started yesterday. I ended up having to call the police on rotor-rooter because of taking my stuff and trying to charge me double what the quoted me.. I had called forest plumbing to come do the rest of the work I wouldn't let R.R. do!! they were supposed to arrive around 3/330 and knew ahead of time that R.R. was there, because I didn't want them to think something was up.. no call no show! 415 I called the number back and of course no one would respond. called main office number and got front desk only to be told someone would call me. 815 tonight and I have to find out through family that they didn't stop because the police were there due to R.R... no call of hey we just came by but would prefer not to stop, no can we reschedule, no call, no text, no nothing!!! they came highly recommend by two different people I know.. I had hopes of getting the plumbing in my house I just bought so we could move in!! now we have to wait to move in because the plumbing isn't fixed because they didn't want to stop due to the police being outside with R.R. Now I have to take another day off to find someone to come fix the issue. now I can't move into my home that I just bought Thursday afternoon. it took me year to buy a home in this market today and 17,000$ and a lot of hard work. and due to no fault of my own forest decided for me that I didn't need my plumbing fixed and could wait for whoever else I could find. only they don't know delaying my plumbing delayed our move which means in 2 days I'll owe rent in the house I'm renting because we can't move without the plumbing fixed. so thanks forest plumbing for costing me rent and time I could have went to work. thanks for your customer service, I'm not sure if you can call it that!!! surprised is a understatement! I'm crushed. so if you're in need of something to be fixed in a timely manner please find another company. please don't let your experience be like mine. save yourself a disappointment and call another company!!! thanks again forest plumbing!!

Called on Tuesday, they sent Ricky out Thursday morning to look at my water pressure valves! Under my kitchen sink. He said it could be repaired quoted me a price, went to pick up materials and finished replacing in about an hour! Very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable of his job!
