It's usually hard to get to a human on the phone which is why it's only 4 stars. Other than that, the staff are great. Appointments are on time and easy to schedule when you need it. Their online portal has great records of your pet.
This place is AMAZING and if I could give them 100 stars I would! I have a mini Goldendoodle that has to be sedated to get his shots and groomed... he WILL NOT let anyone touch him other than me....he has major anxiety. Anyways, I was paying soooo much for services in huntersville for him and was treated differently due to my dogs behavior. I found this place and wow!!! I'm so glad I did because the care and patience they had with my dog honestly put me at ease with him and his behaviors. And my pocket wasn't hurting after the vet bill either :)
Dr. Wallace& staff were amazing with our baby Rylee. She had cancer and they gave us options and we decided to end her suffering. They were with us every step of the way. All our babies come here. We couldn't ask for better. I know there is bad reviews but I couldn't agree with them. I needed to leave my own! They helped us tremendously.
