CaroMont Gastroenterology & Hepatology - Belmont

It took months to contact ( reason for 4 starts instead of 5). No way to contact online and voicemails unanswered. But once they did, all the staff was helpful and friendly. I guess they are just overworked. Went in for a colo with Dr. Oh. Very positive and comfortable experience. Front desk is welcoming and nice. Waiting chairs are uncomfortable - felt bad for the person with me who had to sit in them for two hours. They got me back quickly. All staff was efficient and friendly and seem competent. Procedure went well. Prep they gave was tolerable - better than some I've done. Overall I am pleased with Caromont Gastro. No more drives to Charlotte! Yay!
