I love this dentist office for my boys but this new answering service is impossible to navigate if you have any type of question outside the script. Having a third party as a go between only makes the process that much harder. I had a simple question to ask the front desk and I couldn’t even talk to them directly. If this is the new way of doing things, we’ll just switch to a smaller office that doesn’t require an answering service.
Although it’s an hour drive for us this place is great. My son has a bad gag reflex so it’s hard to work on him. Dr. Mvula and Faye are great with him. They encourage him and don’t get frustrated with him. Thank you all.
