Ballard’s Barbershop was originated in the ‘East End’ of Belmont in 1949 by William Henry ‘Bill’ Ballard. Mr. Ballard was an honorable man and left a great mark on hearts in his family and community. His legacy has continued on Main Streets in our region through William Henry Signature Salons. After many years Ballard’s Barbershop has been reimagined and the dream is coming to life this 2019 Holiday Season at 200 N Main Street in Belmont. Ballard’s is your classic community barbershop with a modern vibe, small town charm, and all things dapper. A place to catch up with the locals and enjoy an old fashioned glass bottle pop.
