Very pleased. I love Jim and Dwayne! They answer their own phones, show up on time for appointments, are prompt in responding. Tony, the head roofing guy is great as well. Their roofing crew is amazing! Arrived at 7am and worked 12hr days nonstop. I have a 116yr old house. Old houses are a challenge in that you never know what you will encounter. Their crew met the challenges. When I had issues with the other repair work Jim was right on it and got things right. They aim to please. All the work done cost me a lot but when you consider the materials, trash hauling, dump fees, permit and all the salaries, I think it was very worth it. Everyone I encountered during all this was pleasant and accommodating. Glad I took a chance with them. Love you guys!! Thanks for everything.
