Worth every penny. Before KO arrived, I could smell brown egg water as well water puddled on the ground at my feet. When he left, the water was crystal clear and had zero smell during my hot shower.
KO provided a detailed explanation of how the system works. He even helped me work through an issue on a non-filter component. KO knew my wife was coming the next day, so he worked around the schedules of the other trades, which meant I went from a hole in the ground to filtered water in under 24hours.

I just had a new, whole-house water softener put in my house. Wow.. what a difference it made in the quality of my water. Huge difference! Ken, (the owner), explained the benefits of the system, and he was true to his word. He installed the unit when he said he would. I'm very happy. I'm not one to write reviews but I do like to give credit when credit is due. Great Job!
