This guy was pretty awesome! I had a key that would no longer work. He was able to give me some advice on how to get it started before printing me a new key. Still ended up needing a key, but he was prompt and accurate and very liable. 10 out of 10 Will definitely come to him if i ever need a spare key. or if I'm locked out of my car
I called Storie to help unlock a Yakima Skybox. They answered right away on the weekend and asked me meet them in Banner Elk. Had me inside our box within 10 minutes. Very responsive and amazing customer service!
Storie Lock & Key were a life saver and a dream to work with! My wife and I closed on a cabin in Newland and had an Airbnb guest coming in the next day and they were able to change the locks, go step by step in explaining how to operate the new locks from our phone and made what seemed so complicated to us into something so simple. I could not give a higher recommendation to use them. Absolutely top notch communication and expertise. Incredibly friendly and helpful as well. 5/5 stars easily!
