Storie Lock & Key were a life saver and a dream to work with! My wife and I closed on a cabin in Newland and had an Airbnb guest coming in the next day and they were able to change the locks, go step by step in explaining how to operate the new locks from our phone and made what seemed so complicated to us into something so simple. I could not give a higher recommendation to use them. Absolutely top notch communication and expertise. Incredibly friendly and helpful as well. 5/5 stars easily!
I can't say enough good things about this company! Picked up my emergency call after hours, had my key cut in record time, and allowed me to pick it up right away. All of this at an astonishingly low cost to me. They truly saved me! Lost my car keys and would have been dead in the water without them!
Couldn't be happier with their service, promptness. Needed a smart lock installed on my rental property. The lock is not common and requires cutting the door. They made sure they knew how the lock functioned before installing and then setup the device on the requested app. They even followed up to ensure the lock was working as desired.
