It was a great experience working with Tony Stone to purchase my first home. He had a great sense for what I was looking for in a place. He was extremely helpful during the closing process. In particular, I had an unusual situation during escrow in that my initial lender denied the loan on the terms that we had agreed upon -- and they did so very late in the process. I really thought I was going to lose the house. However, after texting Tony (it was a Friday evening, I believe), he very quickly got me into contact with another lender who was able to do the loan for me on terms that I had wanted! Me and my wife worked with Jeff Stone on our property we purchased through them. Jeff called me and kept me up to date on everything and made sure we were happy and content with everything.
