“Robbie is a well mannered, friendly, and is very skilled in what he does. He came to analyze the issue within a few hours of my initial call to the company and after explaining my options, gave me a price for the job. This was on Friday, and after thinking about the job over the weekend, I again contacted his company (Monday). I was informed that the installation could be done within a couple of hours, and Robbie, along with his apprentice, was prompt in his arrival time.
He wasted no time in emptying and disconnecting the existing water heater, then removed it along with old carpet underneath, and cleaned the space thoroughly. He then installed the new water heater and expansion tank after transitioning from CPVC to PEX. Once completed he filled the new unit with water to insure the were no leaks, and reconnected power.
After a thorough cleanup and removal of all debris we settled up financially. The entire process probably took no more than 2+ hours. He left his card with instructions to contact the company should any problem arise.
