Wow! I am blown away by the level of service received from Real Estate Agent Jeannie Reynolds. When I told her that my wife of 40 years was in hospice care, she went into high gear. She assessed the value of our beach condominium and we agreed on the selling price in short order. Before I knew it she presented a full price offer to me and I accepted. In the due diligence she successfully negotiated a settlement for a few maintenance items that were found during inspection. She took care of getting the owners closet opened since I could not locate a key for it. She also returned a cable modem to Spectrum for me.
