Alicia is truly one of the best real estate agents I have ever worked with! I bought my property sight unseen and Alicia was amazing making the entire process streamline. Wow! I am blown away by the level of service received from Real Estate Agent Jeannie Reynolds. When I told her that my wife of 40 years was in hospice care, she went into high gear. She assessed the value of our beach condominium and we agreed on the selling price in short order. Before I knew it she presented a full price offer to me and I accepted. In the due diligence she successfully negotiated a settlement for a few maintenance items that were found during inspection. She took care of getting the owners closet opened since I could not locate a key for it. She also returned a cable modem to Spectrum for me. I recommend Alicia 100%. Extremely professional, experienced in the area and the market, and above all a superb human being. She listened to our requirements - all permutations of it :-) and translated them into options, which she patiently showed us - some more than once. She was always avail and fast in responding to calls, texts and emails, always with a solution at hand. Searching for a new home is not a trivial process, but Alicia took the stress out of it. We cannot thank her enough.
