We decided on a whim to rent a pontoon boat for Father’s Day. We showed up early and got out on the water after a quick safety brief on navigating the ICW with all its sandbars, complete with suggested stops and routes to/from.
After getting WAY farther out than planned, I got turned around a few times by unexpected sandbars and very shallow waters. Once safely back into deep water, I called the shop to update the staff, as we were close to our boat return time with quite a bit of distance to cover. The answer, a simple, “see you soon.”
I called again when we hit Morehead City and the staff helped guide me in to the canal over the phone. I grew up on lakes, but... read full review

Great time! Easy to find. Clean bathrooms. Friendly staff. Very laid back guide that took us for an awesome ride. Cape lookouts lighthouse was a super cool background so our guide was happy to stop and take a picture of us. You can see the Little wild horses from the water and we got up pretty close to them, they are so sweet!!! We saw dolphins , a sea turtle, and he let us stop to pick up some beautiful sea shells on the beach. The wave runners are in top notch condition, very comfortable and fast but not too fast! We had a wonderful time and highly reccomend AB Motorsports.

My husband and wanted to just enjoy the water. We decided to rent a jet ski and enjoy some wave riding. The first jet ski we were given had and issue with throttling up. So we went back and he put us on a nice.ski. we enjoyed ourselves thoroughly in spite of the little hiccup...recommend 10 out of 10 any day!!!
