I didn’t have a car and was stuck with a broken laptop and I needed to do my taxes! I’m new to the area and didn’t know where to go. NerdsToGo came to my rescue. They came to me and my technician was Spencer. He was very kind and also respectful. He even put booties on his shoes before coming inside. Spencer took his time with my super challenging laptop. Unfortunately he had to come back again the next day and take the laptop to the shop. There was no getting around it, the laptop needed a new hard drive. Spencer took care of it all and then brought my laptop back to me. Same day service was such a pleasant surprise. Thank you Spencer, thank you NerdsToGo!
