Richard was very helpful. I was trying to get data off of an old MacBook Air. Richard's first attempt failed, but he did not want to give up. I set a spending limit. Richard spent many, many hours in successfully saving my data to an external drive and only charged me my preset spending limit. Way lower than his time was worth. Thank You Richard. I was very fortunate to find Aaron and the Asheville Computer Company 4 years ago. I just can't express my gratefulness having Aaron and Joseph along with the rest of their team in my world. I'm a small business owner that operates 24 hours a day.....7 days a week (Hotel). Bottom line is......They care....Which is hard to find these days. Not only do they care.......They are consistent, reasonable, professional and very prompt. They know their business........And are very, very good at it.
