I called RCI at around 3:00p on Friday afternoon. I was having a problem with one of my garage doors. The door would not close. The person who answered the phone said she would get one of the technicians to come out today. I had no idea that I would get service today since it was already late on Friday afternoon. By 4:30p Ty Strickland came out and took care of the problem for me. The person who answered the phone was very professioal and concerned that I needed the garage door closed. Ty Strickland came out and took care of my problem. He was very concerned, and he went right to work and fixed my door. I was very satisfied with the service, and I would recommend RCI to others. Thanks Ty for your hard work on this late Friday afternoon.
