This five star review represents two seperate home purchases from NCCM (2022, 2025). My husband and I spoke with every modular company in the Triad area plus a few companies outside of the area/state. NCCM was best in show everytime. From customization, availability, pricing, financing, floor plans and timelines, no one beat what they offered. Our first modular home was purchased because we wanted a very specific piece of land and a new home but we did not want to pay the interest payments nor wait on the new construction delays that occurred after 2020. We had a very wonderful experience from beginning to end. Tanya has helped us out tremendously and was there every step of the way with she is amazing. Caring and answered are so many questions we had. Loretta who was in charge of making sure the house goes in smoothly and was there while the work was being done. She is awesome and she keeps you updated every step away and answers many of our questions that we had . I would recommend Tanya at North Carolina custom modulars to anybody that needs a home
