Specifically, customers have reported positive experiences with Dean, who went above and beyond to help with a rental issue, and the bathroom trailer rental team, who delivered clean, timely, and fairly-priced services for weddings.
I highly recommend this company! They are friendly, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. They worked with me to find an option that saved us delivery fees. The equipment worked perfectly. I will definitely use them again if the opportunity arises.
We live in Mills River and rented a scissor lift for painting from the Arden, N.C. Store. When it was dropped off we later realized it would not fit through the door from our garage. Dean came to our place to assess the situation. After looking at alternative lifts, it was determined we would need to use scaffolding. Dean was very understanding and gracious and didn’t charge us for the equipment or the delivery/pick up. He was very professional, helpful and kind. We are very much appreciative of the way he worked with us. The rest of their staff was really nice, as well. We would definitely recommend using their services.
We rented a bathroom trailer for our wedding 9/30/23 and were blown away by the professionalism, responsive and timely manner working with United Rentals. The bathroom trailer arrived on time, clean and was far from an eyesore. We chose the 4 restroom bathroom trailer option and it was fairly priced and was the perfect number of restrooms for our wedding of 100+ guests, there was never a line. Thank you for being an easy vendor to work with and we will reach out again with our future needs!
