Their representatives, such as Devon, Kirby, Devin, and Darrin Barrett, go out of their way to assist customers with parts requests, setup accounts, and resolve issues. They communicate effectively, are courteous, polite, and professional. The company is highly recommended for its fantastic customer service, which is a rarity in today's business world. Customers can expect a pleasant experience when dealing with New PECO, Inc.
This is the OEM manufacturer of many material collection and bagging systems for John Deere and many other turf equipment brands. We get parts for our fleet of John Deere mowers blower/suction/bagging systems that John Deere does not have sell individually, or does not have in their inventory.
With 2000 trees on our golf course, Peco provides numerous products and parts that we need. They also have access to the engineers that designed much of what they sell, which is helpful as many of their leaf/grass collection systems are sold as OEM dealer-installed kits for many equipment manufacturers.
