Cranked my truck and my doors locked for some reason . So I contacted GEICO at 6:15 am . Jack rabbit responded quickly and it’s now 9:46 and they stated they completed job. Well my truck is still running and my doors are still locked . Called customer service for them and couldn’t get a answer . Terrible terrible, I do not recommend at all .

Was told 50 minutes ETA, called multiple times and was told they were coming to hold tight, all just to be told 2.5 hrs later they didn’t have any drivers available. Beyond terrible

My roadside assistance sent this company out to change a flat tire. Instead ended up breaking a tire stud and then cross threading other lug nut. Guy was just like oh no problem they cost $3 to fix. Went from a simple flat tire to having my vehicle towed and an expensive repair bill.10/10 Do not recommend!!
