I was so overwhelmed when my I walked in to get new TV's yet somehow Willow rescued me. Willow was some kind of "tech therapist." He guided my husband and I as we figured out our needs and wants, then worked to get us exactly what we really need. He took time to explain some of the TV nomenclature but also knew how to dial in the level of explanation he gave... in other words he didn't lose me. When I asked odd awkwardly worded questions he was quick to understand and reply. Please visit the store and ask for him. Whatever help you need; you can count on Willow The Tech-Therapist.
Once again we stopped in the store because one of the kids needed something. It turns out one of them left the charger cord for their phone at home. They wandered in and one of the employees helped them immediately and took them to the aisle for what they were looking for. We took a quick look through the selection they have and found the right cord for them. This turned out to be a very quick shopping trip and we were very satisfied with the speed and friendliness of the employees. I'm a big fan of Best buy but usually end up buying big ticket items when I wander in. I got lucky this time because we weren't close to home.
