Understood what I should and shouldn’t do at every step of my shoulder post-surgery rehab and recovery. Great instruction of at-home exercises to supplement my in facility care.

The besr physical therapy I've had in years in the Ashevills area. They are manual PTs and excellent. No time was spent in doing exercises while they count when one could simply do exercises at home. I'm extremely impressed by their expertise, friendliness, and results.

April Kevern at Compass Physical Therapy has been instrumental in helping me stay active and strong through pregnancy and to recover smoothly and quickly. The office was incredibly gracious and helpful as I brought my toddler, and then also my newborn, to each appointment. An optional app assists with at-home accountability and provides video demonstrations. I could message questions if something popped up between appointments. Thanks to Compass, I was able to backpack with my 15 month old baby for 222 miles over 19 days with a 45 lb backpack - I couldn’t be more grateful to continue to do what I love and to share it with my little ones!
