When I became uncomfortable with the changes made to my local Vet practices when taken over by corporate companies my research into private practices led me to the Bright Vet clinic headed by Dr. Samantha Roberts. I made the 1st appointment in person to get a feel for the office & was most impressed by a warm welcome into a cheerful & spotlessly clean clinic. From that moment on I was comfortable in my decision to entrust the welfare of my pets to Bright Vet. Dr. Roberts proved to be exceptionally knowledgeable & her communication skills are outstanding. It has been my experience that the entire staff always takes the time to answer questions & thoroughly explain the diagnosis & treatment plan options. Staff members are friendly, knowledgeable, professional, & handle my pets gently. All examinations as well as blood draw & injections were done in my presence in a private exam room...makes for a less stressful visit. Timely follow up reassurance/checkup calls are definitely a much appreciated service. I am very pleased with my experiences with Bright Vet & look forward to continuing to entrust the healthcare of my pets to them. I recommend Sam Roberts, DVM & Team Bright Vet without reservation.
Saw them with a kitty and puppy and the experience was amazing. Dr robert’s was super kind and transparent. Erica who helped was also wonderful.
