Everyone at Aspen Dental has been very friendly and welcoming. As someone with dental anxiety, my experiences at Aspen were better than I expected. Armani completed my x-rays and new patient intake. She did a great job of explaining every step and helped me feel comfortable during the appointment. I had another appointment the following day, and she stopped by to check in and see how my anxiety was. Patient care at this office is above and beyond!
I was able to get an appointment within a few days. The receptionist was very helpful and he had most everything ready when I arrived. The wait time was not long, Armani, the dental assistant brought me to the back and X-ray my teeth, did my vitals, explained what was going to happen during the visit. Dr Cho came in and examined me, she and Armani then made suggestions of how to proceed, no pressure on any one treatment plan, all were explained well and any questions answered. We decided on the plan and proceeded right away, scans were taken by Armani and consultation by Shyla who was able to get me in at the same visit for a tooth extraction.

This is my third trip to Aspen so far… no fault on their part. But, each time they everyone has been very nice and welcoming. Armani has helped me multiple times and did my new patient work up, she’s been really patient and understanding.
