Eric and Dallas did a great job on the removal and install of a new HVAC system. Hunter and Mike were knowledgeable and friendly during a check up, and customers are pleased with the service.
Hunter and Mike were very professional, kind, and courteous. They made sure we were well informed and had all the information we could possibly need. The installers, Erik, Dallas, Dawson, and Pedro worked very hard and did exactly what they said they would and had us a new unit up and running in one day. Our air went out and we were in a situation where we needed someone quickly. Swift Bros waived the diagnostic fee and sent Hunter and Mike out within a few hours. Had my ac go out last night. Called Swift Brothers after hours and talked to a person. A technician called be later to confirm m my problem. Said that I didn’t need it fixed tonight and tomorrow would be fine. Tech called to advise that he was on the way. Diagnosed the problem and had it fixed.
