After a not so good experience at a well known salon in town earlier in the day, my daughter dragged me into LA Roots at closing time based on their reviews and social media posts with the hopes of getting some advice on how to fix my hair. How grateful I am that she did and to have been greeted by Kelsey. What I got was way more than just advice… She was over the top with her friendly welcome. She went above and beyond to stay late and made an astonishing color correction from a really bad blotchy blonde, to a prefect even blonde. The experience was amazing. Kelsey always does the absolute best job on my hair. Every appointment is my escape from the real world and my time to relax. I wouldn’t want to spend it with anyone else. I absolutely love her!!

Kelsey took me from deep burgundy to copper. “Trust the process” she said. OMG. I’ll follow her anywhere if she’ll keep coloring my hair!! Great little hidden gem in Archdale. Thanks so much!! Love my color and cut girl!!
