We have only been with the company for a short time but I can not say enough about the level of care and dedication they have shown my parents! They treat them like a member of their own family! Communication is excellent! Having their highly qualified staff caring for my parents is allowing them to stay in the comfort of their home as opposed to an assisted care facility. I highly recommend @ Home Care for anyone needing in home care!
I have been working with @ Home Care for the past two months and they have been very transparent caring for my family. They plan ahead and ensure they can meet the staffing needs for the agreed schedule. This has been vast improvement from my experience with the previous provider. @ Home Care provided 20 hours of care including nights for my Alzheimer's Dad until his passing in Dec. During that time they would transport him safely to weekly necessities (groceries, pharmacy, appointments) and provided professionalLoving care. They communicated well on schedule changes of staff and were dependable to be with him. I always slept well knowing they were with my Dad. I felt many of their staff were like family. I have recommended their service to friends and will continue to do so.
