Truly thankful for Garret and his colleague Mike. We had an issue with our 6month old Casio keyboard and had the hardest time finding a place to fix our keyboard under warranty. Garret and Mike communicated effectively, fixed my keyboard, and were a joy to work with. We drove from the Lake Norman area for their expertise.

I dont knnow the gentleman's name but he is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I went in for a repair for my son's sax and he didnt have a loner and he helped me upgrade without losing what i had already paid in or my payments increasing..much appreciated
