I dont knnow the gentleman's name but he is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I went in for a repair for my son's sax and he didnt have a loner and he helped me upgrade without losing what i had already paid in or my payments increasing..much appreciated

Got to BRAG about High Point Piano & Music! We took our guitar in to Garret Traylor to have the neck adjusted a bit. As it turns out, Mr. Traylor realized our guitar had a defect. He took the time to call his contact for the manufacturer, talked to them about the problem. The manufacturer agreed to replace our guitar! Garret shipped the guitar back to the manufacturer and got a new one in for us! OH YES, and we DIDN'T even PURCHASE the guitar from High Point Piano & Music! Talk about going the EXTRA mile!
