My insurance company told me I needed a new roof..To preserve the structural integrity of my home...I was dumbfounded because I didn't have any idea they could make me get a new roof or not renew my HomeOwner's Insurance...Once I settled down, I called my daughter in Raleigh and she told me "Not to worry Momma, I know who to call!" And she did..Within a week, someone came to give me an estimate,and talk to me about my roof.. AUTUMN, pulled out her ladder, put on her boots, and up on the roof she went, even though it was Hot as Hades!! When she came down she told me that this was an insurance claim because of wind and hail damage and she talked me all the way through filing my claim...Of course, my insurance company wanted to send their appraiser out, and when I talked to Autumn, She sent THEIR appraiser out..LOL.. Needless to say, Autumn was on point, knew how to instruct me filing a claim, and my insurance company paid!! I needed the roof, some soffit, and some fascia, and the gutters cleaned.. The first guys that came were here at 7:30 in the morning, they spread out their tarps and got busy tearing off the old roof. They found a spot where the plywood needed to be replaced, and they replaced it.. VERY professional, VERY respectful of the property and the clean-up, and VERY respectful of my sister and I that live here..They finished in the same day they started(on a Friday). The next week, here comes the siding crew..Putting back the soffits, the fascias, and even a piece of siding that the wind had loosened.. BOTH crews cleaned up the area around my house, I had No trash from either crew! IF you are needing a new roof, siding, gutters, fascia, or missing soffits, You can do NO better than this company! They do it ALL, and they do it RIGHT!! Autumn kept up with the progress and whether I was pleased and then, the following week, I received a call from Mary Ann(the owner) to see if I was satisfied and pleased!! The answer is PLEASED BEYOND 100% and even my home owners insurance lady was beyond impressed!! Do yourself a BIG Favor and give them a call!! Excellent, Excellent, Excellent!!
