UPDATE: they did NOT SUBMIT MY STATE TAXES!!

I dropped my taxes off for the 2024 tax season and have not heard a word since. I was told that they were going on vacation for a week about a month and a half ago roughly and to call back when they return. I’ve called nearly every day with no response. I just want to know if I owe the government money or what is going on with my taxes for the year of 2024.
