Triangle Visions @ Apex sets the bar really high for any optometrist office. The facility is sparkling clean yet it feels welcoming and cozy. The staff is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I've seen nothing but smiling faces from the reception desk to Dr. Bass himself! They are prompt to invite you in and make you feel right away like they've been expecting you to visit. Dr. Bass is great! He spoke to my teenage daughter and explained everything to her, instead of just talking about her to me even though she was in the room, like so many other doctors do. He was thorough and efficient as well.
The staff and Dr. Marino were excellent. I never write reviews, but was incredibly pleased with how simple getting an appointment was to how organized and friendly the whole process felt.
