First off Aaron went over and beyond to help us with a new hot water heater! He was so patient, kind, gave us all the information we needed to make an informed decision, and helped in every way he could to get us taken care of. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Then Carlos Martinez installed the hot water heater and he was awesome as well! He did an excellent job! I am so thankful for their hard work and willingness to go the extra mile! As of Thursday evening we lost hot water, called them Friday am, and by Saturday we were back up and running! I also applaud the mgmt team for their willingness to work with us on the financial side. Joseph was a great technician. He came to my home, identified himself, investigated the problem, and walked me through his investigation every step of the way. He was so kind and patient. Kris arrived on time and was very friendly. We had multiple issues and he got through them all quickly and efficiently. We suspected a pressure regulator issue, and also knew of a leak, and problems with two outdoor spigots. Kris corrected everything and we are very satisfied.
