My experience at the apex location was amazing and i have no complaints. However, when i tried to utilize the home service before going in to the shop, i waited at home all day and did not get contacted at all. And when i inquired where the tech was i was told the tech had marked on the invoice that i was a "no show". He did not call, text, or knock on my door.

I was able to get an appointment 2 days after my incident. I was checked in quickly, there was free WiFi and plenty of seating for those that needed to wait. My window was replaced in less than an hour and the technician made me aware that I may see some glass fall out over the next couple months, but that was normal.

Went in for a complete front windshield replacement on a Honda CR-V. The estimate was for 3 hours, but I was out in about 95 minutes. Initial impression is a great job by Caleb, the car looks clean. The systems were recalibrated and seemed to work well upon my initial testing. I am very happy with the service. I'll update this review if anything changes.
I docked a star because the waiting room did not have any working desks. I bought my work laptop with me to work while I waited but it was very uncomfortable working from my lap. Most every other car service waiting room I have been to have some desks available for this very reason.
