I will admit I was nervous about bringing my vehicle here today based on previous reviews. I did not encounter any of the issues others have. They replaced my windshield and calibrated in half the time they originally estimated and with out issues. Thanks Safelite.
SafeLite staff did an amazing job installing my new windshield and keeping me updated the whole time on the process. Jason specifically communicated with me multiple times throughout the process and ensured I understood proper care of glass immediately after appointment. He also went above and beyond to cater to my specific needs for the installation. Definitely will want to go here again with my other vehicles as needed.
Great service from Melissa, Nate, and Jason! They were beyond helpful and I was finally able to get my windshield replaced after visiting Safelite 4 different times and spent over 20+ hours waiting with no results (different Satellite locations). I highly recommend this one as they were able to replace my windshield after the other locations couldn't do it properly.
