The front desk staff are also very kind, they give the kids coins for getting a little reward at the toy machine after each visit. They will talk to you no matter if it is in the middle of the night or if your kid is sick and needs help. Highly recommend it for those who looking for good pediatrics.“

“So I was considering switching Pediatricians ONLY because we moved to FV and its a bit of a hike. We have been going here for about 8 years. Dr. Michael Smith was our OG doctor and he was amazing, but retired. After that, there was an inconsistent amount of Doctors that we would see until I realized we could request one particular doctor. Who would have thought we could pick one? So we did. Doctor Barbara Matthews is Phenomenal. Doctor Lopez and Doctor Austin are amazing. One Doctor that has stood out to us is Doctor Stewart. We went in for a sick appointment yesterday and we were scheduled with her. A doctor that has NEVER seen my kiddos or me. Her bedside manner (along with all of the other doctors and staff here) was sincere and engaging. She listened to our concerns and pointed us to a solution. What stands out about her is she went above and beyond to give us a call last night while we were in the hospital STILL after 6 hours at the end of her (what i can assume "busy and crazy day") to check in and see how we were doing! She followed up this morning to see how my son was. In 8 years and all the things that have happened with these crazy kids, we have never had that extra effort of "just calling to check up" and THATS OK, but BOY does it hit different after a stressful and exhausting day of worry. To know that she really cares! We will be staying at Western Wake now. I don't care how far we have to drive. They are just all amazing there.“
