David had been a great hair stylist and then he acted irrationally and cancelled my appointment just before Christmas. He thought I had a cold and he didn’t want to get sick. My husband had been in for his cut on Dec21, and had mentioned I had had a cold the week before. I was feeling fine and had no symptoms. I did not have a cold, but David cancelled my appointment for Dec 22- my Christmas hair appointment, the night before my appointment, solely because he thought I would get him sick. I offered to wear a mask, and even took a Covid test although I was symptom free and it was negative. I've been coming to Peak City Studios since their opening day but my stylist Erin has done my hair long before that. I'm so happy she has finally opened her own salon and within the space there are plenty of great stylists and even a women who rents a room to do eyelash extensions. This salon is conveniently located in a strip mall right off of Hwy 55 in Apex. Every stylist rents their own room which I love because you have your own private space when you are there, unlike some other salons I've been too where stylists rent booths in a open space. I always feel comfortable walking in without make-up in my sweats it's a nice relaxing environment. Erin is a pro at hair color and I wouldn't got to any one else. Every time I come in to get my hair cut she listens to exactly what I want. I've been growing my hair out for years now and she gets it, she never chops my hair just gives me a nice trim like I ask for. If you live in the Apex area and are looking for a new hair dresser I highly recommend checking out Peak City and seeing if you find your new stylist!

Best place to get pampered! I love love love that my stylist Erin is located in Peak City Hair Studios ... such a great layout with a cozy but contemporary feel. The waiting area is super comfy and always has my favorite guilty pleasure magazines so I can catch up on my gossip if I happen to be early for my appointment. All the stylists have their own space, so I have my stylist's attention all to myself and I don't have to worry about looking crazy when I have a million little pieces of foil all over my head! Great location, gorgeous atmosphere and private studios make Peak City Hair Studios my new favorite place!
